Comments about Bondo Lightweight Filler, 1 Gallon Can:

Bondo is your best friend when trying to cover up typical New England rust on your vehicle. With a little finesse it can also be used to fabricate wheel well arches where the previous ones have rotted away. I have driven my plow truck through miserable Rhode Island winters and down to Florida and back in the summer and it has with stood the tests of time, weather, abuse and neglect. A truly indispensable product when applied properly, Bondo is a set of coveralls for the manufacturer's defects in the sheet metal of your vehicle! Highly recommended!

Comments about Bondo Lightweight Filler, 1 Gallon Can:

Very happy with the price and the product.I am very displeased that everytime i use a internet promo that says get 15% off and $25 for future purchase i never receive the $25. This is my 4th time and my last time i will consider buying from online with the use of your promo thinking that i would get a better deal than elsewhere.

Comments about Bondo Lightweight Filler, 1 Gallon Can:

The gallon can came only 2/3 full. Even with the hardener, it was nowhere close to being a gallon.
It was a quality product; just not enough of it.

This does not dry well, just remains gooey and clogs the paper. I ended up scraping the last off after waiting a week for it to harden.

I used this product to blend a fiberglass hood cowl into a steel hood and it worked great. There's fibers/fiberglass in the mixture and it drys harder and faster than regular bondo. Hope that helps.

Hi Hootaduppleayh! This Bondo Lightweight Filler, 1 Gallon Can (Part No. 265) can be used on wood, metal, aluminium, fiberglass, masonry, concrete and compatible with all paint systems which cures fast and shapes in minutes allowing same day completion of repairs. I would recommend you to visit the nearest hardware store to get some carriage bolts to fill in the holes in your chrome bumper and then you can apply this Lightweight Filler.
