    How do you replace part without tools on hand. but have basic hand tools on hand

      The proper way to do this is with a press, however you can get away with a block of wood and a mallet have to ensure the bearing is flush before pounding it in. take care of not to hit the inside of the bearing.

      If you don't have wrenches, or don't have a hammer, or don't have a press, or don't have knowledge of the front suspension of a Camry, then you should either research what is needed and have those tools needed or take the car to your mechanic
