    Nice product

Comments about AutoCraft Hydrometer Battery Tester:

I used this to check my golf cart batteries and it worked great. Quick and easy to use.
One comment said the bulb should be bigger...I found the bulb to be adequate. A little bit bigger may have improved usage, but with this size bulb you never needed to worry about battery acid getting into the bulb and degrading it.

Comments about AutoCraft Hydrometer Battery Tester:

An inexpensive way to test battery condition. Ultimately you need to do a load test to check the batteries starting capability. This an inexpensive simple way to get the job done. Make sure you rinse the acid out of it when you are done.

Comments about AutoCraft Hydrometer Battery Tester:

Good value, only wish would be for smaller diameter hose as the one supplied is difficult to get into the access holes on some batteries. Leveling indicator is a nice touch. Fluid fill mark may be a little hard to see for "well used" eyes! Scale or chart to adjust for temperature to true specific gravity would be nice.

The bulb is not large enough to draw the liquid to the test line.

                A:

Hi Sergey, glad to assist you! This hydrometer battery tester is used to test the specific gravity of the battery. Draw up fluid to fill line. Tap lightly to remove any air bubbles. Top pointer must be vertical and large pointer shows the specific gravity. Check every cell and recharge if reading is less than 1.210 specific gravity.
