      my starter did that to me it could be your starter some ish something called the cilanoid i didnt spell it right but bear with me it a little piece on top of the starter if the wire is loose it can drain power form your car to find out if it is the problem turn on all the lights wipers and the heat if your car wipers act funny then its the starter i hope i could help and good luck
