I'm happy to help, Steve! Auto7 Universal Joint (Part No. 800-0016) is engineered to fit the front driveshaft of the 2007 Kia Sorento LX with four wheel drive. Auto7 Universal Joint (Part No. 800-0017) is engineered to fit the rear drive shaft that goes to the rear axle. From my research, it looks as though the 2007 Kia Sorento LX has a front and rear universal joint on the rear driveshaft.

Your new u-joints may require grease. A high quality chassis lubricant, such as Advance Auto Parts Hi Temp Grease 14oz (Part No. A46) or Mobil1 Synthetic Grease (Part No. 121070/110566) is a good option. A repair manual may also help you with your repair by providing torque specifications and replacement procedures, Haynes Part No. 54077.
