BEWARE OF STOCK PARTS
I PURCHASED A NEW 2014 RAM TRUCK AND ORDERED A BUG DEFLECTOR FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IT COST $100 PLUS TAX. MY WIFE AND I TRIED TO INSTALL THE DEFLECTOR. WE HAD A VERY BAD TIME. FIRST OF ALL IT ONLY WENT 54' ACROSS THE HOOD WITH 9' OF HOOD STILL EXPOSED FOR IT TO GET DAMAGED.IT ALSO LAYED UP AGAINST THE PAINT ON THE HOOD.I TOOK IT OFF AND THREW IT AWAY. I WENT WITH AVS DEFLECTOR II AND IT WAS PERFECT. ITS A EXCELLENT DEFLECTOR AND EASY TO INSTALL. IT TOOK US 10 MINUTES. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.I HAVE INSTALLED AT LEAST 20 DEFLECTORS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL THIS ONE FROM THE DEALER. THE AVS WENT ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE HOOD AND THEN SOME. THIS IS A TOP SHELF PRODUCT AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO PURCHASE IT. THANKS FOR LISTENING.

First off on advance auto parts website it says it's a perfect fit. So I ordered it. Get it and it says right on the box it fit from a 09-14 I have a 2016 and that's what is saved in my "garage". Second it's not solid around the front of the hood there is a good size gap at each end.
