Works great but install needs added steps...
Looks great on my Silver 2018 F150. The install is pretty straightforward, except you need to do a few added steps.
1.) The 2 metal clips that fit around the front edge of the hood on both ends need to be bent open a bit as it is way to tight and will most likely damage your hood. Plus the screws will fit as the bolts were slightly offset when seated(need to drill the front in just a "tad" through the metal but not the bolts. Pre test your screws before putting on.
2.) The supplied plastic inserts screws, aren't wide enough to spread the plastic inside the hood to hold them tight. Find a slightly wider flat head screw (don't want it protruding out) , but no longer than the supplied one as not to damage your hood from underneath.
3.) as for the 4 rubber "dots" that prevent the guard from scratching your hood at high speed. I put 2 on the very ends and the other 2 about a foot in on each side. I gently pushed the guard against the hood to simulate high speed to see where they would touch. I put them on the back of the guard and not my hood. If they come off, you can find them anywhere(wallyworld)
*These steps added about 15 minutes to a 30 minute job and it is very secure and ready to go.
Don't use windex or window cleaner, use a soft towel and TV screen cleaner(no ammonia type). or warm soapy water.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Perfect fit, no drilling, works with original seals and looks good too. I like the medium profile.
