Comments about Anchor Center Support:

Took about 3 hours for install, you must use a transaxle puller to remove center support, without it, it is easy to wreck the drive shaft.

Comments about Anchor Center Support:

I bought this product to replace the square hanger bearing in one of my S10s as the rubber bushing on the stock part had completely broke and separated from the housing. I bought this part because it was cheap (got 30% off through an online code), and since I was selling the truck I did not want to put a lot of money into it. The part seems solid enough and fit on the cross-member well, however the fit to the front drive shaft was less than desirable as it should need to be pressed on and I was able to just slide it on with a snug fit. So, it is not a part I would recommend if you plan on keeping your truck for a while or if you like to drive "enthusiastically" but it gets the job done and does what it is meant to do.

Comments about Anchor Center Support:

It's not the products fault but had to come back after purchasing the first one was wrong on line they didn't list sizes on bearings or seals so you should take off first and match when you pick it up total waste of time

I replaced the original square one. This part lasted 4 days and I felt wabbling vibration. The rubber was twisted. Don't waste your money.

    Comments about Anchor Center Support:

I purchased this bearing to replace the worn, square, heavy duty bearing that was installed on my 2000 S10 ext cab. The first one I installed, the bottom gave out, causing the driveshaft to severly wobble. I replaced it with another one of these bearings and installed a piece of metal under the bearing for added support. This bearing howled loudly above 55mph and gave off a slight vibration that was felt throughout the truck. I ordered a heavy duty square bearing from an online retailer and it worked great. Do not waste your time on these cheap bearings. Going the cheap route caused me a lot of wasted time and head-ache.
