The BladeRunner intercooler features a bar and plate core design that outflows the stock intercoolers by increasing heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of cast 356-T6 aluminum that incorporate Multi-Directional Vane (MDV) technology. This technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling. This intercooler is 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for strength and durability and pressure tested at 100psi.
