Comments about Actron OBD I Code Scanner for 1982-1993 GM Vehicles:

It is false advertising to call this product a code scanner. All it does is make a connection between two pins on your cars diagnostic port. All you need is a piece of wire. Just short the A and B terminals on your diagnostic port and turn on the ignition (don't start the engine). The codes will flash on the MIL (check engine) light. If you have a service manual it will explain this procedure. Don't waste your money on this product!
