Pricey but actually works! Had a L24457 red can filter I had to remove due to drain back valve was bad from the get go. Will be looking for another filter supplier besides Purolator. One that can make filters that work without being expensive.

The Mfg changed the high end O-Ring gasket to std gasket found on all other filters. Many car Mfg's require this O-Ring style for the hi-pressure systems such as V6 Eclipse, Turbo Kia, etc. Their "OEM" version is simply rebranding this filter, TIMES COST. The O-Ring design has NEVER 'locked down' and always easier to remove. I use it on 3 different Honda's, a Kia optima and Eclipse, as well have used it on other vehicles. After I use up my 8 stocked, I will find something else!
