I replaced the broken AC compressor for this bypass pulley in a 1996 jeep cherokee. Easy to install and other than a new belt, no other extra parts are required. May need 2 zip ties to tie back the now obsolete AC Tubes. Be sure to empty the freon prior to disconnecting AC tubes. The engine runs quieter now that the worn out loud bearings from the AC compressor are gone. Installed in about one hour. Also watched you tube videos for this installation which helped a lot.

This pulley is God sent for some working poor stiff like 80% of the population. This allows the poor to purchase a repair part instead of having to have a $1200 repair to their car just before winter starts on the AC system. I was helped to the fullest extent by the guys at Advanced Auto in Sioux Falls, on Minnesota Ave. store. This Spring I will be able to replace my AC compressor to travel in comfort again.
