Great intake for my 2006 Kodiak 4x4. Installed very easy with very minimal tools and looks really good under the hood. I really like that the intake utilizes the factory cold air intake system built into the hood. Be aware that the picture on the product does not match the picture on the instructions. In my case, The MAF sensor wire was just not long enough to reach the location on the intake piping. If the MAF sensor location was the same as the product picture, would have worked fine but I am sure they changed it because of false readings from the MAF sensor being in a elbow. Once I was in contact with tech support, they told me to "remove some tape on the engine wire harness and try to allow it to reach the sensor". Of course I tried that and the harness runs in line to the sensor so there was no extra wire. I looked online for a MAF sensor extension harness but nobody makes one for this MAF sensor. I didnt want to but as a last resort, I cut off the sensor pigtail and soldered in 4 inches of wire on all 5 wires and everything works great now. Maybe mine was short from the factory but I doubt it. Just plan to extend the wires if you get this intake and if your harness reaches, even better.
