This is NOT an exact replacement for the original; Spectra's FN506 is. This part is 5" longer than the FN506 and the original. Although you can eventually get it to work, it requires you to either cut the hose shorter, or struggle to push the neck into the hose 5" further than the original. I was able to do push it in, but I never got the hose to completely align without a slight twist being left in it. It also does not have the grommet to hold the Vent Pipe in position. On a positive note, the quality of the piece looks good and I'm hoping it will outlive the rest of the truck.

Had PO445 large evap leak, the mounting tab was about an inch away from original mounting hole. could have drilled a hole and used a self tapping screw to remount to body rail, or build a bracket, Built bracket. The flange holes did not line up had to rotate the pipe by bending the mounting bracket, also it did not lay flat on the top hole and the push pins would not go in had to bend the flange, not easy. 30 minute Or slightly more job took over 4 hours.

Bottom Line not recommended

Purchased this for my 2004 Pontiac sunfire coupe, Had PO445 large evap leak caused by it. mounting tab was about an inch away from original mounting hole. has option to drill new hole and use self tapping screw to remount to body rail. or make a bracket to extend pipe, made bracket. The bend in the pipe did not allow the flange to fit flat at the gas cap port, had to bend flange slightly, to get push pin to mount, had to rotate pipe slightly to get flange mounting holes to line up. a 30 or so minute job took over 4 hours.

Bottom Line not recommended
