I did not use the pulley; when I tried to return it... the employee, (Ricky at West Center road, in Omaha NE)... refused to give me my money back!!! I showed him my credit-card to put the money back into it but he said that he needed me to give him ID. (What better ID than the exact same creditcard with which I purchase the part?) Unfortunately, he wasn't willing to put the money back in my credit-card and would only offer me store credit! Hence the "catch 22!!!" He wouldn't give me a credicard credit, would only offer a store credit, but wanted me produce ID for the store credit! What a scam!!! If he had put the money back on my creditcard, the register would have known that I bought the part!!! He was rude and obnoxious! In addition...The store did not have the transmission fluid that I saw in their inventory (online). So the trip was a total waste of my time!!! He said they don't want to take the items off the inventory because it would show a negative in their inventory budget, meaning that if anyone else looks for the items, they will show that they have them, but when they go to the store to get them, the items will not be there. Another catch 22!!!
