My '13 Acura RDX gets up to 32 mpg on the highway with Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy full synthetic oil, SAE 0W-20. And even with 193,000 miles on the SUV now, I don't need to add oil between changes when the maintenance minder comes on at 5-6,000 miles. Very happy with your full synthetic oil.

Started using Mobile 1 in a new 2005 CRV at the first oil change. Changed the oil and filter ever year. Sometimes with 8K on the oil. Sometimes 12K. I did the 100K plug change and checked the valve lash. The plugs could probably last 200K. What was very impressive was the valve lash was within 0.001 of being in tolerance. The cam chain guides had no wear and timing chain marks were dead on. The inside of the valve cover was clean and looked new other then some slight yellow heat stains. Beyond belief. Been doing all my own work since the 60s. I know what is impressive.

The real question is how do I know it is a great oil. Well at time 0 most oils are pretty much the same after all the have to meet the codes. But after six months and thousands of miles this one coming out black (like it should) but still very liquid and that is a great sign of the quality, you don't want to see aggregates, not greased or butter.

I have been using synthetic oil for a long time and primarily use mobil 1 my 2012 Ford Focus has over 300000 miles on it I have changed the oil every 5000 miles since it was purchased the engine runs perfectly and it doesn't use any oil between changes

I couldn't find standard Mobil 1 settled for this. It seemed to slow the car down. Chased for standard when I found it I changed out the High Mileage. Car performs like it did before.

I had a quick rattle on startup 2007 Mustang 4.6 L @ 58K miles. I tried other premium oil and filters and was beginning to think it was a more serious mechanical issue. I switched to this oil and a (another brand ultra-synthetic) filter (because they don't sell Pennzoil filters in my area), and the noise was instantly gone. From the first crank, no more. Startup is smooth, quick, easy. Motor and car run noticeably smoother. The product says it provides the same protection as 5W-20, so I'm covered there. Looking forward to trying this stuff out.

So this is my first time using Valvoline Oil. I used a Fram Force Cartridge on my Chevy Equinox with the Valvoline Full Synthetic HM with Max Life. I know Chevy Equinox has a reputation to burn oil. So therefore I won't blame needing to add oil twice on Valvoline. I went through 6 mths before changing the oil again as the vehicle has only been drove 4,300 miles. I normally ran only Mobil1 in my Equinox but I was also great changing oil every 3 months like clock work. Would I recommend VHMM? Sure if you need something in a pinch! But don't wanna dump out $40+ for 5qts.

I just switched over to this syn high mileage oil in my son's 16 Mazda with 90k since he's going to be taking off to go to school soon and it won't be around for me to keep an eye on. It has no leaks, but figured the high mileage additives will be added insurance. I have to admit with the Fram name I had my doubts about using, but figured someone else is making the oil for them. From what I've found out that someone is Amelie (who also made the Carquest branded oil), they are a major/reputable manufacturer of oils and auto fluids, so see no reason why this shouldn't be a well made oil. Plus now that I earn $10 Speed Peaks $21 isn't a bad price to pay for this type of oil.

My '13 Acura RDX gets up to 32 mpg on the highway with Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy full synthetic oil, SAE 0W-20. And even with 193,000 miles on the SUV now, I don't need to add oil between changes when the maintenance minder comes on at 5-6,000 miles. Very happy with your full synthetic oil.

Started using Mobile 1 in a new 2005 CRV at the first oil change. Changed the oil and filter ever year. Sometimes with 8K on the oil. Sometimes 12K. I did the 100K plug change and checked the valve lash. The plugs could probably last 200K. What was very impressive was the valve lash was within 0.001 of being in tolerance. The cam chain guides had no wear and timing chain marks were dead on. The inside of the valve cover was clean and looked new other then some slight yellow heat stains. Beyond belief. Been doing all my own work since the 60s. I know what is impressive.

I had a quick rattle on startup 2007 Mustang 4.6 L @ 58K miles. I tried other premium oil and filters and was beginning to think it was a more serious mechanical issue. I switched to this oil and a (another brand ultra-synthetic) filter (because they don't sell Pennzoil filters in my area), and the noise was instantly gone. From the first crank, no more. Startup is smooth, quick, easy. Motor and car run noticeably smoother. The product says it provides the same protection as 5W-20, so I'm covered there. Looking forward to trying this stuff out.

The real question is how do I know it is a great oil. Well at time 0 most oils are pretty much the same after all the have to meet the codes. But after six months and thousands of miles this one coming out black (like it should) but still very liquid and that is a great sign of the quality, you don't want to see aggregates, not greased or butter.

I have been using synthetic oil for a long time and primarily use mobil 1 my 2012 Ford Focus has over 300000 miles on it I have changed the oil every 5000 miles since it was purchased the engine runs perfectly and it doesn't use any oil between changes

I have never used high mileage oil before. I will never use anything else but mobile one high mileage when my vehicles are over 100,000 miles. The motor runs quieter and smoother and doesn't use any oil now

I couldn't find standard Mobil 1 settled for this. It seemed to slow the car down. Chased for standard when I found it I changed out the High Mileage. Car performs like it did before.

So this is my first time using Valvoline Oil. I used a Fram Force Cartridge on my Chevy Equinox with the Valvoline Full Synthetic HM with Max Life. I know Chevy Equinox has a reputation to burn oil. So therefore I won't blame needing to add oil twice on Valvoline. I went through 6 mths before changing the oil again as the vehicle has only been drove 4,300 miles. I normally ran only Mobil1 in my Equinox but I was also great changing oil every 3 months like clock work. Would I recommend VHMM? Sure if you need something in a pinch! But don't wanna dump out $40+ for 5qts.

I switched over to Gas Truck a while back and noticed oil pressure didn't drop as much during idle as well as much quieter startups. I have 286k on this engine and it shows no signs of needing any refreshing any time soon. I have become concerned recently as finding it near me has been getting difficult. Please increase production and distribution!

I just completed my summer season in a 27 foot Winnebago. I have been using this vehicle for 15 years. Motor is 8.1 L (496) Work Horse (Chevy). I've used Rotella oil for years. This yeas I used the Gas Truck oil. Very noticeable increase in torque and responsiveness. I just completed a 6500 k. Trip from return New Brunswick to Winnipeg. Engine has 93000 miles and used slightly less than a litter of oil. Oil change now due and I can't find any Rotella GasTruck to the job- any suggestions?
