    I have 200 miles on it now and zero leaks. I noticed during installation that the orings that came with the part were significantly thinner than the orings that came with the oil filter so I installed the ones that came with the filter and have had no leaks. We will see if the next oil change goes as well or a problem develops.

    I purchased this to replace the OEM plastic filter housing. I was hoping to upgrade, get a more durable assembly, but had to reinstall the OEM plastic housing. I install the housing, torqued to spec, housing and drain cap, started the engine and got a drip around the drain cap/plug on the housing. I took my 3/8 racket and proceeded to snug the cap/plug a little more to stop leak, it stripped, I barely put any torque on it. This part of the housing on the one I purchased had poor machining, I think it would be unlikely that if I replaced it with another one, that I would have this problem.
