Battery and service was great, however this is the first email I have received. I never got a confirmation email or an invoice email for the battery.

I have had the battery for a couple months now since Beginning of December here in mid-middle Tennessee where it doesn't get as cold as other places but still somewhat cold and we have had a few below zero weather here so far and I have an 2012Ram 1500 5.7L engine and before the original battery finally died I replaced it with the New Diehard Platinum Battery. I like that when it was about 20 degree one morning after being cold for a few days and my truck had been sitting 4-5 days and hit the key and bam didn't even turn over once good and fired right up. But then I did expect it to had started the easy being a couple weeks old. But before getting this new Diehard I did research of other batterie's and I kept coming back here and I looked at the Gold with 3 year warranty but for a few dollars more you get 4 years of warranty with the Platinum and if you read they are the same battery and even was told so it was just 3 VS 4 years so yeah I wanted 4 years. Here's the funny part their made by Johnson control if you read far enough and man the old battery looked just like the new battery it replaced exactly just like it. if I can get 8 good years like I did with the factory battery I'll be happy and go for the Platinum to get the 4 year warranty you'll feel better like I did knowing any problems and they replace it for you and that sort of reminds me of the old sears auto stores of old know what I mean when it was service with a smile and thanked you for coming back Miss the old days and I'm 64 and have used Diehard in mostly everything I owned thru the years. Anyway get so far and I feel good knowing the truck will start when I go to use it any day of the week.

Bought 2 of these batteries and both are junk. Wont stay charged at all. Put them on the charger, topped them off to 100% left them alone for a day and come back to find them both at 75%. Put them in my trucks and if they sit for a couple days the trucks barely turn over to start. Both trucks are newer and only 4 years old

I put this battery into my 2017 Kia Sorento LX in Dec 2019 and seemingly had no issues for the rest of the winter season and subsequent spring, summer and fall. This winter, starting the beginning of Feb 2021, my car has failed to start due to no charge in my battery. Manual jumping by other cars or battery packs don't work. I've had to have my car towed twice already, due to the inability to start the car. No issues with starter, alternator, etc. Just the battery not being charged enough or not at all. This occurs anywhere from 10°F to -20°F as I live in SE MN. All the shop has concluded with is battery issues. Will be attempting to get a replacement from AAP, but from what I see, they don't cover my tow and labor costs incurred from these incidents. In total, my car has failed to start on its own 7 times so far this season and I'm definitely not impressed.
