They work. but there was a tiny small hole in the boot. so when i set the SUV down all the grease was shooting out. Disappointed this MOOG! Stop making your c_ _ p in mexico!

I debated on new control arm with the ball joint or just the ball joint. No control arms in stock so I went with the ball joint and keep original GM arm as bushings looked good etc. This rivets just didn't wanna come out. Got the top head ground off and not budging. Ground off the bottom rivet head, still won't budge! Spins in the control arm at best. Ended up drilling every one and even then they would just spin and were hard to get out. The bolts didn't fit the holes, so I drilled out holes in control arm to 13/64 and made it work. The ball joint looks great. Don't try to remove the steel plug from the normal spot like it did ( I didn't wreck it). The grease zerk goes on the side. Never seen that before with plug in the typical spot and origially I missed the hole on the side of the assembly. I would not recommend this job unless you are experienced and have grinders and hardened drill bits. See my pics if it helps. Hope this helps some of you!
