Installed new starter and it grinds on first start of the day and after it is warn it starts good. Talked to Advance and they said they would have to order a starter from factory and wanted me to pay upfront for part to be ordered. I said no.... they said they would order the part anyway and would be in Jan 9, 2018, almost two weeks. Not a happy camper.......

I may regret put reman starter in but my last one I got for my Dodge Ram 2500 still going strong after 5 yrs so give them shot again even though this one was extremely difficult job on Newer 2011 v6 3.6 Durango put starter in. Anyone doing them self tell ya few tips. One didn't have take engine mount off but has turn and twist lot get out going up. And awd model have take from top and by steering shaft which also has be disconnected but not hard held on by on 50 star bit

Starter after a few weeks had car starting slow and we didn't think anything of it because car was still starting. 8 months later starter is completely out and car won't start. So it was bad from the beginning. I filed it under warranty and we are stuck paying for labor AGAIN to have this starter put on. I did have advance test it to be SURE it's good and Joey told me yes it's good! So I wouldn't buy a reman again from here
