I use Valvoline in all of my vehicles. I use High mileage 5w30 Syn blend on my 08 Sierra. This oil gives me a good four to five thousand miles between changes. Truck purrs like a kitten. Great oil for cold starts in the winter. I highly recommend.

I have used Mobil 1 for the life off my 2012 Toyota Rav4. Recently I changed to the high mileage form as my car went past 100,000 miles. The engine still runs like new and I expect to continue adding miles to this car.

They can't leave well enough alone lowered zinc and phosphorus found they needed to raise it in there ow formulas I wonder why there flirting with what has worked and apparently if lower phosphorus worked in there 0w oils then why raise it ? EXACTLY
