This part is decent when it's machined right. The first one I purchased had a defect which caused the new belt to tear into pieces. I didn't notice it until I inspected it after the issue. The pulley ribs are a hard plastic and there was a milling error which left a sharp edge across all 6 ribs. This unfortunately caused the belt to get torn up. Luckily my local store was able to warranty the belt out and had another pulley that didn't have the defect. They had two pulleys in stock and one of the had the same sharp edge and the other one was smooth. I installed the smooth one w a new belt and haven't had an issue since. Make sure to check yours before installing to be certain it is smooth all the way across. Or save yourself the headache and purchase OEM if you can wait. OEM lasted me 100k miles. 2010 Ford Fusion 2.5. I would recommend this part tho as long as it's machined correctly. A little pricey though.

Was the correct part that worked as it should. The service representative was very helpful and patient with me at the end of his shift, with only ten minutes to close. Without the part I needed I would not have made it to work the next day. Thank you again
