My sons 1999 Dodge Durango was also having issues with the turn signals not working and the flashers working. I bought the the part EP27 and had it installed within a matter of minutes. Everything is now working great!

I first tried using load resistors to correct my hyperflashing issue from my LED headlights and it didn't work. I then found this little guy on the Ford forumns and figured I try it before moving onto other methods. Sure enough, no more hyperflash! I think this relay is actually quiter than the OEM Ford relay. So, if you have hyperflashing after installing LED's and don't want to bother with load resistors, give this a shot. The install took less than 5 minutes and the results were instant.
