I bought this battery just Recently . So far so good . I've took note stronger starting &!& stronger lights ect. Well worth it. This was a replacement from the factory battery which was 5 yrs old . I felt it was time to replace it before winter . I've had Die hard batteries in two of My other vechicle s I put the Die hard battery to the test on let the vechicle s sit outside over night during the winter months . Both vechicle s fired right up no issues . That's a testament for Die Hard . I won't use any other brand . I'm sold on Die Hard !

Purchased this battery because it was listed as an "exact fit". New battery length is about an inch and a quarter less than the old one. Is this really "exact fit"?

My original Diehard Platinum AGM lasted over 6 years; I bought this non-AGM because it had a 4 year (the AGM has a 3 year) warranty. Car cranks nicely with the cold New England weather. Definitely recommend this battery!

The service was outstanding. I didn't even have to get out of my car -- just drove into the parking lot in front of the store, called to check in, and sat there while they installed it. Took about 15 minutes.

Battery seems to be quality. Car noticably starts up quicker. Easy install, just make sure you attach the bottom extender if your car requires it to match the height of the original battery. Used this replacement for failing battery in 2014 Nissan Murano.

Adding lots of off road lights on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Battery came highly recommended by people I consider to be "In the know!" So far, so good! The original equipment battery was three years old.

By Shorted and stranded.
From New York
Optima's used to last forever, but my recent experience has been terrible. The first one failed to hold a charge this spring, it was just 40 months old. I just lost another one (a top line yellow top) yesterday when we were stranded at an interstate rest area hundreds of miles from home. This one developed an internal short. We stopped at a rest area after a few hours on the road and had a totally failed battery 5 minutes later when we returned. No panel, no lights, no anything. We were able to get a jump and the vehicle started right up. Drove to a nearby Advance store and they installed a new battery (NOT an Optima) and we were on our way. This internally shorted battery was only three months out of it's warranty period. This review is not a knock on Advance Auto Parts, they were very helpful. In all my 50 years of driving I've never had such an experience. I was a loyal Optima customer for the past 20 years. No more. High quality batteries, well cared for can and should last many years. Those who tell you that even the best batteries only last a few years are lying to you. I had a Die Hard in a Suburban some years back last for 13 years and have a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle that still starts and runs fine with it's OEM battery.
