Ordered a pair online from their store for pick-up. They were ready to pick-up in 30 minutes. Replaced them myself & they were a perfect fit.
They came as ordered and timely. One thing would really help. A diagram showing the order and correct placement of the bushings and washers. For instance on the top washer, I didn't know whether the washer lip should go up or down on the new shock. One of shocks went on real easy. For the other one, I was unable to get the bottom bolt out on the passenger side. Broke two metric sockets trying to get it out. Beat on it with a hammer.... tried a impact wrench, nothing worked. Was afraid to heat it too much and ruin the rubber bushing. Now have to take it to the Nissan dealer to have them get the bolt out. So.... I was unable to complete the project. Disappointing! Yes - But I would try it again on another car, but just be aware that not everything goes as easy as you think it should!

I bought these Monroe OESPECTRUM shocks I put them on and my car rattled bad so I thought it was my mounting kit so I replaced that still rattled so I took I off put my old one back on it was perfect so I got looking at the shock and when I pushed it down and pulled back out on it it had a bunch of play as it was coming out so not sure if I wanna try another one or not maybe I should just try the kyb shocks ive seen lots of good reviews on them plus they are backed for a life time these are on a 2012 Nissan Altima s so beware of these shocks
