Maybe it got mistreated in shipping, but both sides do not match the curve of the windshield and leave broad areas of unswept area. Happens in light rain and heavy. Dissappointed, and they are expensive. Whatever happened to swapping inserts?

The tab at the end of the socket where the arm goes is too small, looks like they clip on but if you shake the arm, it falls right off. I checked the instructions to make sure but found other reviews with the same issue. Exchanged for RainX Latitudes and would never look back. Worth the small extra cost

i purchased this for my 2015 Honda CRV which uses an "offset hook" method of attachment. I was replacing the previous TricoFlex wipers with these nIew TricoFlex wipers. This wiper did NOT have the offset hook adapters. I was able to use this wiper on my 2019 Kia Sorrento. The wipers work fine on the Kia.
