Picked one up and it was defective right out of the box. So I went and got another under the lifetime warrantee that seems to work ok. I should have done my research though because it seems that many people have issues with these lasting and to be honest I don't feel like swapping out a lifetime warranted alternator over and over.

Installed in our 08 Legacy 2.5. It works great as in keeping things working. However, since we've installed this alternator, now all the interior lights have a slight consistent flicker that has never been there before. Other than that, it gets the job done!

Works great. Easy to install. Ordered online and picked up in store minutes later. Sales associate was friendly and helpful when I picked it up and when I brought the core back about an hour later. Overall, the whole experience couldn't have been easier (except if the alternator didn't die in the first place 🙂 )

Not good. Check engine light came on. Alternator only pushing out 11 amps. Need at least 14. I have to uninstall and get a replacement

Went through two alternators and ended up having to go through Subaru. They claim that you rebuilders can not rebuild to spec and that is why they do not function.
