    Broke first one because I didin't use lube on the stud before pulling it through the serrated hole. Good thing I bought two of them. Don't forget to lube the wheel hole taper or you will grind the metal around the lug nut hole.

    Wheel studs worked out but went in fairly hard. Wanted the 14.20 knurl, but they were out of stock in my length. All other aspects of this transaction went well including your very generous coupon.

    Removing the old stud was a breeze using an air hammer. Installing these was just as simple by using the matching nut to tighten it in place. This Doorman product is just like the factory in quality, and performs the same.

    The part did not fit. The shank was about .005in (.1mm)too big; the serrated part was being sheared off when forced into the hole in the hub. Otherwise, this appeared to be high quality - mine was "Made in USA!" Fair price. Had to return it.

    A high quality replacement stud(mine was "Made in USA")at a fair price at Advance Auto. At first, it was bit difficult to install as I has inadvertently lined up the serration on the stud with that on the hub so they hit each other instead of inter-meshing. I found this out when I backed out the stud and looked at the serration marks left by the hub. On my second try, the serrations seemed to intermesh and the stud went in easily (light coating of hi-temp grease helped).

    Bottom Line recommended
