This sensor was the best value with the best warranty by a known manufacturer that I could find. It was a perfect fit, instantly resolved the Check Engine light code (2005 Infiniti G35 P1084 code) and arrived in two days. The sensor has a lifetime warranty. It appeared to be an exact duplicate of the original 2005 G35 sensor.

Giving this a 3 because it's only 2 week now since replacing the part on my 2006 Altima 2.5S. (like when people mention the vehicle. it helps). As far as performance: When I replace both top and bottom the car had worse starting problems. Too many cranking before start. I remove the top Cam sensor and return. With just the bottom crankshaft sensor the car start better. Sometimes it take 2 or 3 crank to start and sometimes 1 but better. Time will tell.

I bought it a little over two weeks ago two days ago I went to go up a small hill and lost power it would only sputter , luckily I was able to get it tuned around and glide down the hill off the road , I had noticed when it happen the CEL came on so we trailered it home I finnaly had time this morning to start going over it, it was showing the code for the crankshaft position sensor so I pulled it out and found the oring was hard and split will be taking back for a replacement and go from there

The old style is flat. The 1 star saying it was different must not have known this. You want to replace the flat with a round one.
