Ordered online and picked up at store; fast and convenient. Installed in 2009 CR-V torqued to 13 lb ft. These are the retail 4 pack version. Made in Japan and not assembled in US with foreign parts. Denso makes non-retail version of the IK20L (5358); it is the middle plug; it has no color rings and dull colored terminal; it does not come in 4 pack but sold individually. The first plug is the original factory SKJ20DR-M11 (3377). I could not find the "non" retail version middle plug on Denso's product site which concerns me. I prefer the retail version at least I know they are not fakes.

Installed these on my 2008 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi.. of course Dodge didn't allow easy access to the plugs, but once I got them in my engine run smooth as silk, and accelerated smoothly. Incidentally my truck had 80k miles and it was my first plug swap. Great product.

Fits my 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege. With only 81k miles, the car runs better, I also upgraded the wires and coils to NGK. It has shown significant improvement over what the previous owner of the car had in, which was probably all original.

Very nice fit and finish. The car: 2003 VW Golf 2.0L 4-cylinder engine. I ensured that the gap was as identical as is possible between all 4 plugs This is my daughter's car, so I can not comment on mileage and performance much, however I did notice an improved smoothness in idle and a slightly nicer drivability while I had the car for a tune up and test. I also installed new ignition wires at the same time as the original were going on 10 year plus in age. I will definitely consider these for the next car in the household when the need arises.
