I installed this part on a 2007 Jeep Commander Limited with the HEMI engine. It was a difficult job due to the many items that had to be disconnected and moved to remove the old radiator. I installed the thing in about five hours. I tested it for leaks and all was good. After driving for two weeks, I noticed a small leak at the top of the radiator close to the air box on the passenger side. Right under where the coolant overflow line connects to the radiator, there is an access port about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Why it is there I have no idea. There is a plug covering the port that is threaded with an o-ring seal. The plug is made of soft plastic which seems odd. The plug had not been installed properly at the factory- was a bit cross threaded so it wasn't fitting flush. After I backed out the plug, I showed it to the Advance Auto salesman and he thought the o-ring also was way too thick so he gave me a thinner one. This thinner one worked fine. I don't like these aluminum radiators with plastic end caps, but they must be cheaper to make. I would still buy this part again, since it is probably the same quality you will get anywhere else but less expensive than the dealer or other parts stores.
