Purchased 4 quarts of oil and filter for a Kohler 30kw generator and needed help finding the correct filter. I could read the number on the filter that was on the Genset. However, I never trust that the person who changed the oil before me installed the correct filter. A counter person (Christie) took the engine specs and referenced the Advance database and found the correct filter. Ordered on-line and picked everything up curbside 30 minutes later.

Was a good deal I just wish the jugs came with 6 quarts instead of 5 quarts. Seems like every vehicle always takes either 5.5 quarts or 6. So you end up having to pay another 5-8 dollars for a single quart I believe thats their catch on how they make their money on oil.
