I bought these for a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T, as OEM replacement plugs. They were indeed pre-gapped properly, according to the manufacturer's website for application on my vehicle. They fit fine, and work fine. My old plugs were not that bad (only 25k miles on them), but they had a lot of grey buildup on them. After installing 4 new plugs and 4 new coil packs, my engine runs a little smoother and I think my gas mileage has improved about 5-10%. Just what I was looking for.

Did the trick to get me back on the road! It was giving me a misfire code and so I swapped plugs between #1 and #3 and the code moved with the original plug. I thought about changing them all but did not want to have to remove the battery on the other side so I only changed the bad plug.

Your catalog lists the wrong parts. 2004 Isuzu Axiom uses the 3.5 direct injection engine and the threads on the spark pluga are 12mm not 14 mm. It also uses a long reach plug. At present the only plug that fits this engine is thw Denso SKU16HPR-9. You need to update your catalog.
