so you have to be careful on what set up you have, you may have to find your part under a 99 listing as they list two kinds of set ups which you cannot interchange! though mine is a 98 and i have a 95 they are the same?? idk if someone messed up or what but be careful to get correct part

I put these on my 92 Olds Acheiva. They are a direct fit, but watch what direction the bearings are on the mounting kit. I changed one side, then was working on the other and noticed that right out of the box, the bearing was upside down compared to the original I took off the car. I left it the way it came so that both sides would be the same, thinking that it's a bearing, and all it has to do is turn left and right, and shouldn't make a difference. Now every time I turn my wheel I have a noise from both sides because the bearing halves are slipping in the strut, and not turning like they are supposed to. I have to take both of them apart again and flip the bearings over. All I can say is that it's a good thing I do my own work, and have a spring compressor. If I had to pay for this to be done I would be dissapointed. So just waiting for some good weather to do the work. I'm sure this will solve my problem and the strut mounts will work just fine. As I said, just observe how the new ones come out of the box. and have fun...!!!
