I purchased this and installed it for my Isuzu I-370. It immediately had a problem shorting out. It would work for a few minutes or so but would intermittently stop, restart, stop again. I had a mechanic check it and verified that it was bad. If this part had been good, I would not have had to pay a mechanic to check it and install a new one. This defective part cost me more time and more money to fix than the refund that I received upon return only days after purchase. Do not waste your money buying this. I'd give it zero stars if that was a choice.

1/4 drive Short 7/32 socket, swivel, 6 inch extension. The electrical connection has a squeeze side to depress. *notice no vent tube on this Delco brand. Look at your truck,, you need the factory rubber elbow to use with the new motor.. Delco -Remove two cross tip screws, remove housing and push long end of rubber elbow onto the new motor. The motor will sit flush now , in the heater box. Replace motor, fits fine. Pay attention to rubber hose. 30 min job including cleaning up tools.

It does work with a little modification but is too noisy and does not push enough air.

no problems installing. The foam gasket should have been installed at the factory since it is a required item. If they were going to leave it to the customer to install, they should have made it peel and stick or supplied a small quanity of glue. Motor performs flawlessly but makes more noise when running than I expected. Noise isolation such as foam around motor, would have been nice since motor is in passenger compartment.
