Even with a new belt this thing chirps and squeals and my old one didn't. I just wanted to replace it for good measure due to miles on it. I tried to return it and they said they could only give me a new one and the new one squealed too! So now I'm stuck with something I can't use because they won't take it back!

This product is cheaply made. After only a few months, the belt tensioner locked up in the spring area and the bolt that holds the pulley on stripped out. They exchanged it under warranty, but the replacement seems about as cheap, but it is holding for now.
