This part does not fit a 2004 Buick Rendexvous Ultra with the Pass Lock 3 system. All parts stores cross reference to BWD CS519L from A/C Delco # D1469G which is on the OEM package. The secon picture displayed does not correspond with the boxed item. The BWD CS519L is displayed at all parts stores under all brand names as displayed here. The tumblers do not align with the lock and have no way to be retained. The OEM lock cylinder kit has new tumblers,springs and spring retainer. The OEM tumblers are the shape of an (h). The part indicated uses a tumbler with a hole in the center to retain the tumblers. The AC Delco brand does not have a pictured index to identify the part. The OEM lock cylinder tumblers all go in on one side.

Unlike what it states this part does not come with keys. You have to pay a locksmith to set the tumblers to match your existing keys.
