After reading other reviews, I examined the master cylinder before installation. The square cut o-ring at the back of the unit was twisted from the factory. It was easy for me to reinstall this oring correctly but does not leave me with warm fuzzy feelings that other orings inside the unit are not twisted or installed improperly. I have installed and it works alright.

Replaced factory after thinking old one was leaking. Ended up being brake line. Now 2 years later it really is leaking into booster. Was going crazy trying to find leak thinking it was another rusted line. In the mean time my jeep started smoking like crazy. Was about to drive it into river. After research found out it was master cylinder leaking into booster then vacuum sucking fluid into engine causing smoke. So now I need new MC, booster and probably a new engine.
