Replacement coil springs for my 2001 Honda Odyssey EX with 103,000 miles. Installing the new springs was almost as easy as an oil change. There are online videos that walk you through it. However, I did not notice any real improvement in ride quality. The new springs were just barely as long as the old ones. Also, the new springs have one less "coil" than the old ones. Consequently, I wouldn't call them an "Exact Match" replacement. I recommend buying OEM if they are available. These will do if your originals are completely shot; however, I would try to find something with a little more "beef".

Installing these coil springs on the rear of a 2001 Honda Odyssey is simple and straightforward. The install is almost as easy as an oil change. There is even a YouTube video that covers all of the basics to do the job right. My Odyssey is almost 12-years old with 103,000 miles and I thought that there would be significant ride improvement - was I wrong. A mild improvement at best. The new ones are barely the same height as the old ones and have one less "coil" in the spring. This makes me wonder their longevity. BTW...buy new lower spring seats before you begin. The seats deteriorate and should be replaced as a routine part of this job. My upper spring seats were still in great shape and were reused. Also, my shocks are only a year old, in great shape, and were reused as well. I guess that I should have gone with original Honda replacements for this effort considering the marginal gain in ride quality. My old OEM springs appear better made all around. I'm glad the price was better at Advance Auto than anywhere else!
