Would be nice to have torque settings or 1), 2), 3), instructions. Example: remove top bolt first, or leave bolts in place after removing nuts, caution for expansion jolt after pulling bottom bolt first. Especially important since not able to use mechanical hoist.

One shock arrived with a broken adjuster knob. Adjustment dials are hard to turn , there is no reference point for the "9" possible positions and counting clicks is inconsistent. I can "feel" only 5 positions on the selector. After several days of trial end error tuning the truck feels very good on the road. The shocks are heavy duty and massive size.

I installed these on a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD. These were easy to install and only took half a day to do all 4. They adjust down real easy but adjusting up is a little harder trying to reach around the wheel. I keep mine all set on 5 and i feel that is the best ride for now. i have set them all down to 1 for the fun of it and it bounces alot. just need time to play with all the setting combinations and see if i find a better setting. i didnt know my old shock had got so weak compared to these. my old front passenger side shock wouldnt even push back out. so i think it was time to change tham all. Glad i did

I install these in place of the very expensive load-leveling shocks that came standard with a Tahoe. I tried other shocks but I needed these because they actually lifted the rear end which the original shocks did

Had my son and husband install shocks. I was low on cash and had one shock busted leaking fluid , didn't feel safe driving around that way. These aren't as heavy duty as my previous but they will do. Great for the price.

One of two new RS55262 defective out of box Rough finish compared to original Chrysler shock Who cares about "lifetime warranty" if you have to worry about product quality. What's with the creepy red bellows anyway. Made by Tenneco who also makes Monroe -another disappointing shock brand on quality

Prior to ordering this product I used your online chat session to confirm the correct part numbers for my vehicle. When the parts arrived and I tried to install them, it was apparent the person on the chat session gave me the wrong part numbers and so I had the wrong parts. Thankfully the manager at the local Advance store replaced the incorrect parts with Rancho 5000 shocks that were a correct fit for my truck. I did not install the XL9000 Rancho's as I had hoped because I needed to get the truck back together so I could go to work. I will think twice about ordering online in the future. Thanks

These are very good shocks, with the ability to adjust them 9 ways. I have these on a 2003 Yukon SLT and the shocks are set on #6 on the front. I got the back but they are not on yet, can't wait. Thanks Advance for a great deal, and Rancho for a great shock. Don
