      I'm a shade tree mechanic that does this as a hobby. I like working on cars. This kit came in handy for my friend's 2004 Toyota Sienna Le 6 cylinder. His belt snapped and I was replacing the belt. While I was putting the new belt on and removing the bolt. The long bolt snapped all of a sudden on the head. I stopped the work until I ordered the kit. This Dorman kit is exactly like the original. I recommend this kit if one of the bolts break. I used all the new parts for the build. The van started up with no problems.

      While replacing the alternator on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra, the head of the bolt that you turn to apply tension snapped. The bolt was also rusty on both sides of the tensioning block, so I was unable to remove the bolt from it. I tried searching for a new tensioner bolt assembly but couldn't find any aftermarket or OEM part. I was about to search a local junkyard when I stumbled upon this part. I matched it up with the broken assembly and it was a PERFECT match! While not the "official" part for this application, it is identical to my broken part, which I think was the OEM tensioner assembly. Since the alternator is the same for several years of Elantra manufacture and several Hyundai models use the same alternator, I'd be willing to bet that this part will work for a slew of Hyundai models and years. Hopefully this helps someone else out of a jam.
