This unit description claims to function exactly like OEM unit however it does anything but this. As soon as installed this the vehicle ran much worse, vehicle hesitated on acceleration just as another user described in there review. Ran this unit for over 100 miles just to make sure computer recognized it but nothing ever changed. Vehicle ran terrible just as it had the day this cheap part was installed. Unit is not made to work on Tacomas specificallly but a wide range of vehicles, this is why it cannot operate within the tight specs required by the ECU. To top this all off took it back to store and manager refused to accept the part had to call corporate then the manager attempted to lie to me. Finally I placed unit on the desk and walked out. Terrible part and terrile customer service, a great reason not to do business with the McDonalds of auto parts. Wish rating on this could be negative stars instead.

I installed two on my 2009 Honda Accord. I have driven less than 100 miles and my left front bearing is leaking grease. One year warranty should cover it except for the labor and hassle to remove and replace it. I am glad I inspected it for defects.

When I installed this unit it made the Car run poor and check engine light on for sure. The root of my car trouble was a bad PCV letting oil in tot he intake manifold and my original Mass Air Flow sensor was dirty. I had to remove the MQ6203 and use my original one for now. Not sure if it's a bad one or the wrong one? But after cleaning the original sensor and changing the PCV the car is good again.

This sensor does not work with the 2010 mazda 6. Don't buy it, they won't refund your money. They will only exchange for another one, don't waste your time and money.
