The alternator has worked great. Even better was the staff at the Font Royal VA store. We pulled in at 8:15 p.m. after an all day wrestling tournament when our "battery not charging" warning came on. We were an hour and a half from home. They tested and determined it was the alternator. They had the part in stock and the tools to to change it. Thirty minutes later we were back on the road.

Fit and produced power, but whined just like a couple of the previous reviews stated. Not willing to live with the noise - took it back off & returned it, purchased a premium rebuit from NAPA. Also, alternator seemed pretty warm after only 5 min. of test run time.
