I purchased this switch for a 1999 Chevrolet S10 Blazer, as it has a no-start condition. It just turns over and over without catching. The fuel pump intermittently turns on, and the interwebs said it might be a signal coming from the sensor that is preventing the fuel pump from turning on. I had to purchase a special sockets to install the switch as its height is too deep for a standard deep well socket. I used Lisle socket that did the trick. However, in the end of this did not fix my problem, but it doesn't mean it's broken. From my point of view, it did exactly as the old one was doing and that is, it was doing its job.
