This was very easy to replace myself. The shop I was taking it to would have charged 300+ dollars aside from the part which u can find cheaper at 1Aautos.com. Only took 20 or so minutes with sockets found in any average socket set and a flat head screw driver, - jack the backend up, secure it w jack stands, loosen, check for cracks in hoses, and disconnect them from the old filler neck, using the correct sockets- remove the bolt on the underside of the car, its long so it'll take a bit, then take the 3 bolts holding the filler under the gas cap off and carefully fish it out from under the car... I suggest safety glasses, lots of road dust n grime will fall. Then compare the two filler necks to be sure its the correct one, and install in the reverse order. Be sure to tighten the hose clamps adequately, don't overtighten.

The filler tube had 3 holes at the end where it is bolted to the body at the gas-filling point, but they were incorrectly placed for the station wagon (1999) model and the angle of the plate they were in did not match the part on the car it was supposed to bolt onto. Once apart I had no choice but to make do - as the old part was broken with rust. I had to drill new holes in the plastic part to which it bolted and bolt it on even though the angle was not quite right. Every other aspect of the part was very good and appropriate to the location on the car.
