my old one was cracked on the bottom where you couldn't see very well. i jumped to the conclusion my water pump was leaking.{wrong} When i got the new pump i bought a thermostat got no o-ring with that. After all said and done it still leaked and i found the bottom housing was cracked. Tuff to replace without pulling intake but it can be done.This part comes with the thermostat o ring, bypass o ring and 3 upper new bolts. (nice)BUT YOU WILL NEED NEW TEMP SENSOR O-RING!! luckily we had an or ing kit around

I replaced housing didn't even last 30 days and seam opened again poor design. Need to be aluminum. Is there an aluminum one out there?

In the answers below it says this housing contains a single sensor port. That is incorrect, it has two. So if your truck has a single sensor, it won't work. Frustrating that I took the time to research and read the questions before purchasing and now I have to go back and source the correct one. Please update your fitment details and remove the incorrect answer on this page.
