The first review sums up the issue exactly. The inlet baffle is indeed missing causing the returning fluid to spray the underside of the filler cap. This allows the fluid to leak out the vent in the neck and onto everything in the area. This starves the power steering pump causing it not work. Creating a safety hazard.

This product is an exact copy of the oem on the outside but on the inside it is missing the return inlet baffle. The result is that the returning fluid shoots from the bottom of the reservoir into the cap causing it to leak out of the vent hole. I lost half a quart in a few minutes and was left woth a huge mess to clean up.
