oil pressure gauge working once in a while, decided to replace again. on 2003 crown vic , is located in front of oil filter. do not use Teflon tape!!! the switch is tapered. do not over tighten.

moderate experience required for install as it's located on the back of the motor and you cannot see it, suggest cleaning with pressure washer before removal as you don't want dirt and debris falling into the motor which would stop up your new sensor

I purchased this switch on 9/7/2018 (order # 95157775), which is just a little over 2 years ago, now it has stopped working, it states there is a Limited Lifetime Replacement on the part, so now the question is, what hoops will I have to jump through just to handle the warranty of this defective part and get a replacement to put in my truck???

Oil pressure gauge on 1999 Ford Ranger worked when it felt like it (intermittently) and bounced to good pressure to no pressure- put this new pressure switch in and fixed the problem. Oil pressure reads where it should as soon as engine starts now!!
