    I ordered the light bulb on lfor the exact fit for my vehicle and I got home and my husband took everything off so he could get to the light and come to find out it was not the right bulb at all. We opened it to put it on and since we opened it we couldn't get a refund or a replacement bulb. So wrong fit and no exchange or refund. Not very happy about that. Something could be done to help. I order parts all the time from advance and I figured since it wasn't my mistake they could have helped me out. ,

    Your on line system told me I needed a 9005 replacement headlight for my car. I opened it up and compared it to the one in my car and it was incorrect. I brought it back but the counter guy would not take it back as it was open but that was the only way I could see that it was different. So I bought another one. headlight (9003) and had to bring it back as it did not work. Again, the counter guy said it was open and he could not take it back, even though it was defective as again the package was open but how else can I find out if the part is bad unless I try it. I actually had to buy a 3rd light (another 9003) which finally worked. so I had to pay 3X for one light. Not good customer service, especially when neither return was my fault. Top it off with the counter guy was rude. There are two other auto parts stores within a 1/4 mile of your store. I think next time I will try them out first.

    1) The bucket housing is manufactured too deep (.5 in. deeper than an OEM). This causes the headlight to not sit flat in the body opening, even with the adjusters all the way out. 2) The side ears are too small to hold the adjustment screw, causing the bucket to slide out too easily.
