    I did a drain and fill on a GX460. I went ahead and replaced the radiator cap with this thing just because. I ended up losing about a quarter inch of fluid per few hours of operation. I put some tracer fluid in the tank thinking I had an actual leak, and the pattern made no sense for a normal leak at all. Accepting that there were no visible leaks (that made any sense), and the only other changed input was the cap, I replaced this cap with a factory OEM cap from Lexus. Went on an 8 hour drive. No coolant loss. If you need a radiator cap, then yeah get it. But I would not use it as a long term solution. Else, you will be perpetually topping off your radiator fluid (For a Lexus GX460 at least).
